team as a Heavy Equipment and Truck Mechanic! We're looking for a
skilled professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in
diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment
and trucks. This role offers a collaborative work environment and
opportunities for career growth. Position Requirements Key
Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair construction
equipment, paving equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and trailers
(diesel, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical systems) Troubleshoot
malfunctions using diagnostic equipment, manuals, and schematics
Test repaired equipment for performance and safety compliance
Maintain accurate service records and documentation Replace
defective parts using hand and power tools Communicate effectively
with supervisors, operators, and team members Adhere to workplace
safety protocols and regulatory requirements Qualifications High
school diploma or equivalent (technical certification in
diesel/heavy equipment maintenance preferred) 3-5 years of
verifiable experience as a heavy equipment or truck mechanic Strong
knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems,
electrical/electronic systems, and mechanical repairs Proficient
with diagnostic computers and specialized repair tools Valid
driver's license (CDL preferred) Ability to read and interpret
service manuals and technical documentation Strong problem-solving
skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as
part of a team Core Competencies Technical Aptitude: Advanced
troubleshooting and repair skills Safety Awareness: Commitment to
safe working practices Reliability: Punctual, meets deadlines,
available for overtime/weekends Communication: Explains technical
info to non-technical personnel, collaborates well Adaptability:

Skills: Keeps workspace and documentation organized Schedule:
Full-time, 40-55 hours/week (Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays &
overtime) Working Conditions Primarily outdoors in varying weather
(heat, cold, rain, snow) Exposure to loud noises, fumes, dust,
grease, heavy machinery Use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing
protection, steel-toed boots) required Frequent standing, walking,
bending, squatting, crawling in tight spaces Overtime and Saturday
work may be required Physical Requirements Lift/carry heavy objects
up to 75 lbs frequently Manual dexterity for hand and power tools
Good vision and hearing for diagnostics and safety Work in awkward
positions for extended periods Stamina for repetitive movements,
