As a Process Engineer Injection Molding, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing processes, playing a crucial role in the production of high-quality products. This position requires a hands-on approach, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless pursuit of process improvement. You will be working closely with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of injection molding processes for new and existing products.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Design and conduct experiments to understand key process parameters and their impact on the final product.
• Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and customer complaints.
• Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in the design and review of new product molds, providing input on manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Process Engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with injection molding processes and plastic materials.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in the use of statistical analysis tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
