Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Daily Wastewater related tasks, including start-up: ensuring system is producing clean water; mechanical/chemical trouble shooting; calibration; adjustment/repair of diaphragm pumps & other mechanical components.Maintain chemical inventory and prepare requisitions; perform solution maintenance on aqueous washers in heat treat.Clean wastewater equipment and area.Support and maintain production machinery.Plan and perform a variety of general maintenance duties to install, maintain, repair production equipment, electrical machines or equipment, motors, controls, electrical tools, etc.Must be able to tear down machines, diagnose troubles, and repair/replace damaged mechanisms..

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalency;Be able to read and write English.5 -7 years' experience has a Maintenance MechanicAble to set up & operate machine tooling, fit & align parts, read blueprints, and have the experience necessary to recommend machine modifications.Must be able to obtain a Wastewater License Grade 2 within 3 monthsTsubaki is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Females/Veterans/DisabilityPM21PI177457005
