Job Description:
The Community Investment & Financial Center (CIFC) seeks a
passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. This
role focuses on supporting our lead educators in delivering
high-quality educational experiences in under-served communities.
The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing
curriculum, managing classroom activities, and providing
educational support to students. This position offers a unique
opportunity to impact lives through education and community
empowerment. Assist lead teachers in preparing and implementing
daily lesson plans Support the creation of a vibrant and inclusive
classroom environment Offer personalized assistance to students as
needed to enhance learning outcomes Monitor students' academic
performance and provide feedback for improvements Participate in
parent-teacher meetings and community educational events Implement
CIFC's mission within the classroom through curriculum and
activities Strong understanding of educational principles and
techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability
to manage a diverse classroom Creative thinking and problem-solving
skills Proficiency in using educational technology and digital
