Job Description:
Posting Summary The Residence Director (RD) is responsible for
the development of a residential community within a Learning
Community. Reporting to the Area Coordinator, the RD’s role is to
support a meaningful residential experience ensuring the residence
halls are rich learning environments where students develop and
learn the skills necessary to successfully navigate life on campus.
This is a required live-on position with a limited duration of a
two (2) year term. We, members of the Department of Residential
Life, are committed to creating and maintaining safe communities
that welcome and accept people of all (dis)-abilities, ancestry,

and veteran status. The goal of Residence Director role is to
support our Learning Communities and champion our Community

global engagement. Other Information Successful candidates will be
subject to background check due to the live-in nature of this
position. This is an 11 month position, July 1 – May 31.
