What We're Looking For: A passionate individual who enjoys motivating and educating participants Strong communication and leadership skills to create an engaging class experience Ability to adapt classes for all fitness levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout Prior group exercise teaching experience is required Qualifications: A Pilates or group fitness certification is a plus CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) A commitment to learning and growing as an instructor For the right candidate, we offer an in-house training program at no cost to help you develop the skills and confidence to lead classes.
