Yellowstone Landscape is looking for dependable and hardworking
individuals to join our Snow & Ice Management Team! We have
opportunities available for: Crew Leaders Equipment Operators
(Loaders, Skid Steers, and other snow equipment) Our snow team
plays a vital role in keeping our clients’ properties safe and
accessible during winter weather. You’ll be part of a team that
takes pride in professionalism, safety, and excellence in every
job. What You’ll Do Perform snow removal for designated areas,
including sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots Safely and
effectively distribute de-icing materials as needed Operate snow
removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, plows, loaders,
and salt spreaders Follow proper application methods for chemical
and de-icing products Work safely in cold, icy, and snowy
conditions while maintaining attention to detail Perform highly
physical tasks on a consistent basis in all weather conditions Be
available for on-call, part-time work during snow events (24/7
availability required during winter storms) Complete other duties

safety-minded individuals who take pride in their work Ability to
work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as
needed Experience in snow removal or equipment operation REQUIRED
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to perform physical
work: walking, standing, lifting (50 lbs), kneeling, and working
outdoors in extreme weather Reliable transportation to the branch
or first job site Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor
