Job Description:

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER: FAIRFIELD COUNTY REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER WITH A CONSTRUCTION DIVISION You will be joining a premier privately held real estate developer, with their own construction division, managing over 25 million square feet of commercial, mixed-use projects, hotels and residential projects on a national basis. Average size projects from $25M to $75M. Current project: 350 units, five floors on stick framing over a concrete parking garage, start date next month. Position reports to Managing Director of Construction. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related degree. Minimum 5 years to 10 years of estimating experience required.
