Job Description Job Description AUGUST START Job Summary The
Senior Financial Manager – Client Account Operations is responsible
for managing and enhancing the financial operations associated with
client accounts. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this
role leads monthly financial processes, oversees reporting
accuracy, drives operational improvements, and provides leadership
for a client-focused financial operations team. This individual
ensures the effective execution of monthly financial deliverables
and serves as a key liaison between internal departments and
external client partners. ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities • Oversee and monitor all aspects of monthly
financial operations related to client accounts. • Ensure the
accurate and timely processing of client financial transactions,
reconciliations, and reports. • Serve as the primary point of
contact for client-facing financial matters, offering responsive,
high-quality service. • Develop and implement policies and
procedures to improve efficiency and standardization across
financial account operations. • Deliver monthly reporting packages
and analytics to brokers, clients, carriers, and internal
leadership. • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve
client account issues and drive operational solutions. • Train, and
mentor financial operations team members to support account-related
responsibilities. • Conduct annual performance reviews and support
staff development in alignment with organizational goals. •
Contribute to company-wide projects, providing insight and
representation from the finance team.
