Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Personal Lines Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in personal lines insurance and a
passion for helping clients find the best coverage options to meet
their needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with their
personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and other personal
lines policies. Provide exceptional customer service by responding
to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct policy
reviews and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments. Process new
policies, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and
regulations. Collaborate with underwriters and other team members
to ensure client satisfaction. Educate clients on available
insurance options and assist them in making informed decisions.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's
degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal
lines insurance. Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance
products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time
management abilities. Proficient in insurance software and
Microsoft Office Suite. Valid insurance license (or ability to
obtain one within a specified timeframe). Benefits: Competitive
