Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making. Ensure internal controls and financial compliance are met. Manage accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Coordinate with external auditors and manage year-end audit processes. Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for optimization. Lead and develop the accounting team. The Controller will work closely with senior leadership Qualifications for this Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Someone who has strong understanding of cost/inventory 5-7 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting systems.
