Our client is a regional public accounting firm seeking an Accountant - Audit and Tax to join their Southern New Hampshire office. This position supports audit and tax engagements while building technical and client service skills in a team-focused environment. Highlights of the Accountant - Audit and Tax role: hybrid work schedule - multiple NH locations Exposure to both audit and tax engagements across diverse industries Strong mentorship and professional development support Pathway to expanded responsibilities in public accounting Responsibilities of the Accountant - Audit and Tax position: Perform audit fieldwork and compliance testing across key financial areas Prepare tax returns and assist with basic tax research Contribute to financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP Track time and expenses accurately for client billing Qualifications of the Accountant - Audit and Tax: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; will consider recent grads and candidates with 1 years' public accounting experience Familiarity with GAAP, GAAS, and basic tax compliance principles Ability to learn and navigate multiple accounting software applications Strong organizational and time management abilities INJUN2025 ZRCFS LI-MS9
